Terms of service.

You can use Flux if you’re a founder, finance lead, or grants officer running a fundraising pipeline, and you’re at least 18 years old. You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep your password secure.

Flux is currently in invite-only beta. Access is at our discretion.

You own the content you put into Flux: applications, documents, models, comments. We host it for you, and we don’t use it to train models or sell it. See our privacy posture for specifics.

You’re responsible for what your teammates do inside your workspace. Invite people you trust. Remove them when the relationship ends.

Don’t use Flux to violate the law, infringe on others’ rights, or upload content you don’t have the right to upload. Don’t reverse-engineer the product, scrape it for resale, or attempt to break its security.

The Advisor is a tool, not a regulated advisor. Don’t treat its output as legal, tax, or investment advice. Verify before you submit a grant application.

Solo is free. Pro and Team are paid subscriptions billed monthly or annually. Annual plans get 20% off. Subscriptions auto-renew until you cancel. Cancel anytime from Settings; you keep access through the end of the billing period.

We may change pricing with at least 30 days’ notice. Existing subscriptions keep their price for the remainder of the billing cycle.

We work hard to keep Flux available, secure, and useful. But the product is provided “as is.”We don’t guarantee uptime, accuracy of AI output, or compatibility with every funder’s submission system.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You can cancel and export your data at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms. After cancellation we hold your workspace for 30 days, then permanently delete it.

We may update these terms. Material changes get an email and a 30-day notice. Continuing to use Flux after that means you accept the new terms.
