Run a raise
like a discipline,
not a scramble.

Flux is the editorial workbench fundraising teams use to track every grant, score every document, and ship every application — without the spreadsheet sprawl, the inbox archaeology, or the “wait, who’s following up on Mastercard?”

Why we built it

Raising isn’t hard because the money is hidden.
It’s hard because the work is.

Sprawl/ 03

Six tools, none authoritative.

Notion for notes. Drive for decks. Sheets for the pipeline. Slack for the chasing. The grant deadline lives nowhere a teammate can find at 9pm.

Drift/ 03

Documents go stale, quietly.

Your pitch deck is version 4. Your financials are version 7. Your impact report is from last fundraise. Nobody scored them against what funders actually ask for.

Silence/ 03

Status lives in someone's head.

“Did we hear back from Acumen?” gets answered by whoever happens to be online. Then forgotten. Then asked again Tuesday.

Track every grant in one pipeline.

A workbench-grade grants management table where every cell is editable inline. Status, deadlines, focus areas, readiness, documents needed — the grant moves through stages and the team sees it move.

  • Inline editing. Click any cell. Saves instantly.
  • Audit-grade timeline. Every status change, comment, and upload logged automatically.

Find grants you’d otherwise miss.

An AI grant-discovery agent scans the web every morning against your niches and regions, ranks fit, and queues anything worth tracking. You decide what enters the pipeline.

  • Daily, your taxonomy. Niches and countries you set — nothing irrelevant.
  • One click to track. Promote any discovered grant into your pipeline.

Score every fundraising document.

Upload your pitch deck, financials, founder story, impact reports. Each runs through an AI-powered rubric. Out comes a score and the exact section that needs work before you submit.

  • Weakest-link surface. Know which doc is dragging the raise down.
  • Auto-suggested. Strongest docs surfaced for each new grant.

Impact Report Q1 is your weakest link · fix before submitting Mastercard

An AI fundraising advisor that knows your raise.

The Advisor reads your applications, document scores, tasks, and timeline before it answers. Specific advice grounded in your raise — not raises in general.

  • Grounded. Real names, real numbers, real deadlines — not platitudes.
  • Private. Never trained on your data. Zero retention.
Always grounded Workspace-only
What’s the most urgent grant I should focus on this week?

Mastercard Foundation. Deadline in 11 days, and your application is still in draft. Your readiness score is 84 — within their stated Series-A pre-revenue band.

Before submitting, fix two things: Impact Report Q1 (vault score 62 — outcome metrics light), and the TAM slide in your deck.

Grant tasks your team won’t drop.

Tasks attach to applications. @mentions hit teammates’ inboxes. Status changes log to the timeline. Nothing important happens in DMs anymore.

  • @mentions email. Tag a teammate — they get an email and a deep link.
  • Attached to grants. Every task lives next to the application it serves.

Privacy posture

Grounded in your actual workspace.
Never trained on it.

Your applications, your documents, your conversations — they stay in your workspace. When the Advisor answers a question, it reads your data for that single turn. Model providers process it for inference only. Zero retention. Zero training. Your raise stays yours.

Workspace-scoped

Row-level security on every query. A teammate sees what their workspace permits — nothing else.

No training, no retention

We don’t feed your data into model training. Inference-only providers with ZDR contracts.

Audit trail by default

Every status change, every comment, every doc upload — recorded on the application’s timeline.

Frequently asked

Questions before you sign up.

Who is Flux for, specifically?
Founders raising non-dilutive capital — grants, fellowships, and prize competitions — and the finance leads / grants officers running their pipeline. We optimize hard for teams shipping 3-20 applications per quarter.
Is the Advisor actually grounded, or is it just an LLM with a prompt?
Every Advisor reply reads your active applications, vault scores, recent timeline events, and task backlog before generating. If your data doesn’t support the question, it tells you that instead of making something up.
Where does my data live? Who can see it?
Your data lives in a Supabase project with row-level security on every table. The only people who can see your workspace are users you’ve invited as admin or finance. Model providers process data for inference only — no training, no retention.
Can I import an existing pipeline from a spreadsheet?
On Pro and Team plans, yes. Drop a CSV with grant name, deadline, status, amount and we’ll match the columns. Inline editing means cleanup happens in the tool, not a separate sheet.
How do @mentions and email notifications work?
Type @ in a task comment, pick a teammate, post. They get a Brevo email with the task title, the comment body, and a deep link. In-app notification fires at the same time.
What happens to my data if I leave?
Export everything to JSON + xlsx at any time. After cancellation your workspace is held for 30 days, then permanently deleted along with every document you uploaded.
Is the Vault scoring actually useful, or theater?
It runs against rubrics we’ve built from real funder rejection patterns. We surface the weakest section per doc, not just a score. You can edit any rubric to match your sector’s reality.
Why ‘flux’?
Because a raise isn’t a static state. It’s a moving target — deadlines shift, funders ghost, your model changes. Flux is the workbench that moves with it.

Stop chasing grants.
Run a raise.

Flux is in invite-only beta. If you’re raising in the next 90 days, we’d like to give you a workspace.
